The idea of establishing Gurukrupa College of Engineering was born from a deeply felt need — a need to bring quality technical and management education to the heart of Odisha, accessible not just to the privileged few, but to every deserving young mind from Cuttack and across the state. Odisha is a land of immense potential. Its forests are rich, its minerals are abundant, its rivers are life-giving — and most importantly, its people are hardworking, resilient and talented. What this land has long needed is a strong educational foundation that can convert its human potential into national progress.

I have watched generation after generation of brilliant young students from Cuttack and surrounding districts travel far from home in pursuit of quality engineering education — sometimes sacrificing financial stability, family proximity and personal comfort. It was this observation that ignited in me the resolve to create something closer to home — something that would be of genuine quality, genuinely affordable and genuinely transformative.

Gurukrupa College of Engineering is that resolve made real. We are AICTE Approved and affiliated to Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT), Odisha — ensuring that every degree earned at GCE is fully recognized, nationally respected and academically rigorous. We offer five B.Tech branches — Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mining Engineering, and Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning — and a PGDM programme with five management specializations. Each programme has been carefully designed to align with India's industrial and economic needs.
